Izumi Sentul Realty (a joint venture company of PT Sentul City Tbk., Sumintoro Corporation and Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corporation from Japan), Opus Park managed to win an award at The Indonesia Property Award (PIA) 2019 for category: Property Development; Sub Category; Entitled Apartment: “The Recognised Premium Condominium in Bogor”. This awarding event was held by Indonesian Property Magazine and took place at the Ballroom, InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah. Jakarta, on Wednesday (10/7)

The event “Towards The New Equilibrium of The Indonesian Property Industry” presented by PIA-2019 isthe most prestigious awarding event as “The Benchmark of Property Excellent”, was awarded to a number of Property Corporates, Property Projects, Men & Women Property and Property Supporting Services. This appreciation was awarded based on the survey of a number of criteria including achievement, innovation, creativity, quality, reputation, and other criteria.

For the 12x installments, buyer has the option to buy without making any down payment (DP) and for KPA, the 5% of DP could be paid in 2x installments.
